Looking for a session that is fun and educational? The LEGO WeDo 2.0 Kit is a great way to learn how to assemble and build robots that are engaging and challenging for youth! In this session, the presenter will engineer a LEGO WeDo 2.0 Robot through a step-by-step process and code the robot to perform a specific task.

Mirissa Scholting, Nebraska Extension in Douglas-Sarpy Counties


Mirissa Scholting is a 4-H Extension Assistant in Douglas-Sarpy Counties. She teaches STEM school enrichment and is Co-Project Manager for Imagine Science-Omaha. Mirissa likes to encourage her students to use their critical thinking skills in order to help them reach their full potential. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Agricultural Education in 2019.
