Design thinking is a human-centered process for understanding users' needs and designing thoughtful solutions. In this session, you will learn about the Wrong Theory Protocol, a fun, easy, effective, and on-demand strategy that can be taught alongside the design thinking process to support students in designing empathetic and creative solutions.

I work as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources' Science Literacy Initiative at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am passionate about working alongside formal and informal educators to facilitate authentic, transformative, and equitable STEM experiences to enhance learners' systems thinking and science-informed decision making skills.
